Image 1: The empty registry.
Make sure Membrane Registry is installed as described in the Installation section of the User Guide. Start your application server and open an URL to the registry web application. e.g. http://localhost:8080/registry/. Now you should see the dashboard of an empty registry as shown in the picture below.
